Parent Teacher Association (PTA)
Our Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is a friendly and welcoming group made up of parents, carers, staff and members of the local community. Sometimes also known as a PTFA (Parent, Teacher and Friends Association), it plays an important role in supporting our school and enriching the experience of all pupils.
Bringing Our School Community Together
The PTA is at the heart of our school community. It helps to build positive relationships between families, staff and the wider community by creating opportunities for people to come together in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Through a range of events and activities, the PTA helps strengthen the sense of belonging that makes our school a happy and inclusive place for everyone.
What the PTA Does
An Inclusive Group
The PTA is open to everyone connected with the school. This includes parents, carers, grandparents, staff and friends of the school. You do not need any special experience or a large amount of time to get involved.
Whether you attend events, share ideas, or help out occasionally, every contribution is valued and helps make a difference to our school community.
Working in Partnership with the School
The PTA works closely alongside school staff to support the school’s values and priorities. This partnership ensures that activities and fundraising efforts have a meaningful and positive impact on pupils’ learning and wellbeing.
Why It Matters
Being part of the PTA is a great way to feel more connected to school life. It helps create memorable experiences for children, strengthens relationships within the community, and supports the continued development of the school.
Get Involved
We warmly welcome anyone who would like to be part of the PTA. Whether you can give a little time or simply attend events, your support helps us continue to provide enriching opportunities for all pupils.
